Self Service support feature now part of Yappy for Business

Yappy provides businesses with the ability to communicate with their customers over text, website chat, facebook messenger, phone, and email. We are proud to announce that starting today, you can offload some support questions and also service your customers during off-business hours too!

For businesses who are not staffed 24/7, or who receive common questions, our new self service support feature, a sleek and responsive knowledge-base widget, will enable your customers to find the answers to general Q&A questions in seconds, directly on your site.

Once you turn on the Knowledge-base widget and add content to it, you will see the help tab pop-up on any of your pages which have the Yappy chatwidget javascript.

Your customers can then open the widget, browse help articles, and search for specific terms.
